MISSION STATEMENT

Since we are gone often to competitions, we have few litters, but when we have a litter they are the highest quality hunting companions, athletes, and pets that we can possibly offer.
The puppies are whelped IN our home and handled many times throughout the day. They are also exposed to our grandchildren and to birds as soon as possible. We would prefer to pick a puppy or at least help guide you to the dog that will best suit your wants and needs.
Our dogs are cared for by the staff at Wolf River Vet Clinic in New London, WI. You can reach Dr. Jim Ziegler or Dr. Mark Baetke at 920-982-2733. Since our county was without a shelter, Wolf River Vet Clinic has provided area stray cats and dogs with necessary care. They will accept donations to their S.A.F.E. Stray Animal Fund Endeavor to help cover some of the enormous costs of caring for wounded creatures. The entire staff is dedicated to animal care.
We use a professional trainer Darrel Voight and his wife Rita at Rush Lake Retriever Training and Pet Lodge, LLC. Darrel is a very competent trainer who is exceptional with obedience with young dogs and is dedicated to a principled and careful training program for hunting dogs and hunting competitions. You can reach Darrel or Rita to discuss training needs or in-home pet lodging at 920-748-6015. They are located at W13010 Lakeshore Road, Ripon, WI 54971
Darrel was instrumental in helping us transition our dogs when our first pro passed away. Darrel has either put titles on our dogs or helped us to get titles on our dogs. He most recently put a SH title on Heather and a WCX on Pearl. He is currently working to put the HRCH title on Kodi as well as the MH title. Both Darrel and Rita are judges at the Master Hunter level.
On a limited basis we can put together guided upland hunts at 2 very good sporting game preserves. Please feel free to call with inquiries. |
